Can you create images for any type of product?
Currently, we specialize in generating images for most products, but there are exceptions. At this time, we are unable to accommodate clothing, jewelry, or items with intricate details and prints for customization. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out with your product details, and we’ll confirm its compatibility. Please send an email to julie@glimercepartners.com.
What file format will the images be delivered in?
Images are provided in high-resolution PNG format (2500 px x 2500px). If you need specific resizing for your images, let us know before the final delivery, and we’ll take care of it.
Can I provide inspiration or references for the photos?
Yes! When you are ready to order, we have a dedicated area where you can upload inspiration images or share links to visuals you love. This helps us better understand your vision and ensures the final photos align with your brand's aesthetic.
Do I need to ship my product to you?
No shipping is required! All we need is a high-quality image of your product which saves you time and eliminates shipping costs.
What is the turnaround time?
Once you approve the pre-staged photos, the final images will be delivered within 5 business days.
How many revisions are included?
We include one round of revisions for pre-staged photo styles to ensure you’re satisfied before final editing begins.
Can I use the images for ads, social media, or eCommerce listings?
Yes! Our images are optimized for various uses, including online stores, ad campaigns, and social media.
Are there any royalty or licensing fees for the images?
No, all images are provided royalty-free with unlimited usage rights. You can use them for print, web, or digital advertising as many times as you like without any additional charges.
